Meet me at the Multnomah Meeting House to unwind on January 1st from 11:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

No experience necessary. Please bring a pillow. Wear comfortable clothing (i.e.: stretchy, loose). Water available but best to bring your own bottle. If you need supportive shoes, please wear them otherwise socked feet.
