Here is what I wrote about it for the newsletter -
"From the day we are born to the day we die, our bodies move. Our spirits, heart s and minds have a journey as well. We breathe, open our eyes to a new day, reach for things or pull away from others. With joy, in sadness, through fear or anger, moving has been my most personal connection to an inner Self. It is the way I pray most profoundly and reliably and my way of connecting with my personal Light - be it bright or dim. Our Quaker community has held me so tenderly in its Spirit as I sit with them each Sunday. I can feel the collective Love surrounding and moving through me. "Moving with the Light" is a beginning of standing up in great gratitude and testifying to how I most easily and profoundly connect with the Light within."
