The advent of the Covid 19 virus has increased anxiety about the present state of our lives and decreased accessibility to group activities. In-person classes that include touch skills to help with pain and stress management cannot be safely led while maintaining safe social distancing.
To fill the gap, I have developed safe convenient at-home strategies for pain relief, greater range of movement and relaxation. Calling upon my 30+ year background in Massage and Health Education, Yoga and Qigong Instruction and Counseling Psychology, I offer socially distant, safe and effective self or partnered massage coaching, personalized hypnotherapy journeys and fitness classes to activate and deepen your potential for healing and sense of being cared for in this uncertain time. Telehealth coaching and classes will continue after the pandemic is over, to allow you to heal in the comfort of your own home.

Telehealth Sessions
- Zoom Qigong and Yoga classes - Regular yoga or qigong practices instill a powerful habit of self-care and preventive medicine. Qigong can help students feel aligned, connected deep within, balanced, and recharged with energy. Yin Yoga uses a combination of breath and gentle stretch to locate and soften blocks in muscles and fascia. You can find community, connection, and support through these online sessions. ($10-15 per class, sliding scale, monthly subscriptions available)

- One-on-one coaching in foam or ball rolling (self-massage) – I have been teaching detailed manual therapy techniques for 30+ years. The sessions are customized and facilitated sessions where you learn to place and manipulate your own hands, cups, gua sha tools, balls or foam rollers, or other aids to address specific needs. Together we figure out the most effective way to stretch or strengthen your muscles, soften fascial adhesions or increase ROM. I can walk you through a Golgi Tendon Organ technique to release spasms or demonstrate how to “surf” and stimulate lymphatic flow to decrease inflammation and speed healing.
($55 per hour - private ZOOM session) - One-on-one fascial unwinding or movement re-education. I have 40+ years of teaching stretching and strengthening techniques. These are not typical lead and follow sessions. I offer customized and facilitated yoga or qigong coaching and fascial unwinding sessions. ZOOM allows me to observe the details as you practice so that together we can develop a unique and flexible exercise protocol that works for you to address tightness, lack of movement or pain. ($55 per hour - private ZOOM session)
- Interactive Hypnosis is a wonderful tool to reduce the stress, pain, anxiety, fear, or anger within and around us. Anxiety affects pain and stress levels and your ability to heal. With Interactive Hypnosis, you can talk directly to a Painful area that is suffering and find out what it needs from you. Clinical Hypnosis can transform stuck patterns of moving, standing and behaving ($75 - private ZOOM session - varies from one to one and a half hours). Patients use hypnotic journeys to relieve anxiety, improve relationships, create healthier relationships with food, and remove blocks to creativity and prosperity.
