Community Qigong

Qigong means “ENERGY WORK”. A moving meditation enriched mindfully with breath and imagery, this practice expands breath, heals organs and connects you with Self and Nature. Nourishing qigong forms are easy to follow and can be adapted for people dealing with acute or chronic needs and conditions.
